Quick & Simple Milk Frothing: The DeLonghi ESAM3300 is equipped with a special milk frothing wand that quickly froths milk in your pitcher for cappuccino or latte.

Pre-Ground Coffee Feature (Bypass Doser): This convenient feature of the Magnifica permit use of pre-ground coffee for special requests, such as making a decaf espresso when the machine bean hopper is full of regular beans.

Simple Cleaning & Maintenance: The DeLonghi Magnifica super automatic espresso machine is simple to clean and maintain. The entire brew group can removed as an assembly for cleaning and snapped back in place. An automatic decalcification indicator light lets you know when its time to decalcify the machine. Also, the internal dump box and drip tray are easily removed from the Magnifica for cleaning and red indicator lights notify you when either if full and needs emptied.

This includes a dedicated customer service line staffed by representatives specifically trained to answer your questions regarding operation and maintenance of the Magnifica. In addition, in the rare event that your Magnifica would require service during the warranty period DeLonghi will retrieve the machine from your home, ship it to an authorized Magnifica service center then return it to you all at their expense.
