The Baratza Maestro is a premium quality conical burr coffee grinder offering the versatility to grind for any brewing method combined with an attractive, convenient design. Features include professional grade 40mm conical grinding burrs, a powerful motor and a gear reduction system resulting in an exceptionally consistent grind with minimal heat build-up or static generation. The Maestro is fully adjustable and equipped with (40) forty grind settings from ultra-fine for commercial type espresso machines through coarse for French press pots and all brewing methods in between. Additional features of the Baratza Maestro include a side mounted power switch for hands-free operation, an 8-oz. bean hopper and a 5-oz. ground coffee bin that can be removed to permit grinding directly into an espresso machine filter handle if desired.

Please note: This Baratza Maestro replaces the previous Solis Maestro grinder which was originally designed by Baratza and marketed under the Solis brand. Following is a summary of the changes related to the new Baratza Maestro:

Bruce on 12/3/2009, said: I have had this grinder now for about 2 months and I highly recommend it. The unit is fairly quiet for its size, grinds consistent size coffee and does not burn the coffee. It is easy to clean and maintain. I just wish the hopper and bin would hold the same. Other than that, I can find no faults with this unit. Well worth the money. Showing comments 1-1 of 1
