To brew coffee or tea simply add cold water and press the power switch; in approximately 4-minutes the water is boiling and the power automatically shuts off. Next add ground coffee or loose tea, allow your brew to extract, press the plunger down to filter your hot beverage, lift the cordless carafe off the base and serve.
