Order Processing Time:
Virtually every in-stock order placed by 3:00PM EST is processed
and shipped the same business day, or the next business day
if placed after 3:00 PM EST, on the weekend or on a holiday.
We ship all orders directly from our own warehouse located in
NE Ohio, for shipping rates and a map showing standard shipping
transit times click here.
Item Availability:
Item stock status is shown on each item page near the "Add
to Cart" button and through the checkout process. Items
shown as "Backordered" will be reserved and shipped
separately when available with no extra shipping charges. Our
website stock status is very accurate and updated throughout
the day; in the very rare event an item sells out at the time
your order is placed we will contact you promptly. Also, your
card is only charged for items when they have actually shipped.
Sales Tax (Taxable Ohio Deliveries Only):
Sales tax is charged to Ohio deliveries only at a rate
of 6.5% applied to taxable items and S&H charges per State
requirements. Food items such as coffee beans, biscotti, etc.
are not taxable.
Shipping Damage:
We make every effort to effectively package items for protection against damage
during shipping. However; in the event that your order arrives damaged you must
notify us immediately so that we can arrange for the shipping company to inspect
the package. Once we receive confirmation of the damage from the shipping company
we will promptly send you a replacement item and arrange for pick-up of the
damaged item.
