Order Processing Time:
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days or less. Item
stock availability is noted on each item page directly above the order button and
is updated several times per weekday. In the rare event that an item sells out
before your order can be filled we will notify you promptly.
Product Condition & Warranties:
We are an authorized distributor for all products advertised in our website;
therefore, all manufacturer provided warranties are valid. All merchandise offered
at our website is brand new in the factory sealed packaging.
Please Note: Most of the semi-professional espresso machines and grinders that we carry are individually bench tested by the manufacturer using coffee and water to insure proper operation. Therefore, it is common to find traces of coffee grounds and water spots on the new equipment from this testing.
Sales Tax (Ohio Deliveries Only!):
Sales tax is charged to Ohio shipments only at a rate of 6.5% applied
to both the purchase price and S&H charges per State requirements.
Shipping Damage:
We make every effort to effectively package items for protection against damage
during shipping. However; in the event that your order arrives damaged you must
notify us immediately so that we can arrange for the shipping company to inspect
the package. Once we receive confirmation of the damage from the shipping company
we will promptly send you a replacement item and arrange for pick-up of the
damaged item.
