Please Note: The Pasquini Livia 90 Semi-Automatic espresso machine is the same as the Livia 90 Automatic, but does not have the one-touch automatic volume brewing feature found in the Livia 90 Automatic version. With the Livia 90 Semi-Automatic, you simply turn the pump rocker switch "on" to brew and "off" once you have reached the desired volume of espresso.

Quality Semi-Auto Controls: The Pasquini Livia 90 Semi-Automatic espresso machine features quality commercial grade rocker switches, indicator lights and steam/hot water valves. The left rocker switch controls the main power; when turned on the pump automatically insures the boiler is full of water and the boiler begins to heat up. The right rocker switch turns the pump on for brewing espresso; simply turn the switch off when your reach the desired volume. Steam and hot water are always available when the machine is at operating temperature, the left valve controls steam and the right valve hot water. A professional pressure gauge indicates when the pre-set boiler pressure has been reached.

Commercial Heat Exchanger Boiler: A large 1.5 liter copper boiler features a split system enabling the Livia 90 to brew espresso and steam milk simultaneously and continuously with no recovery time required. The heavy duty heating element brings the Livia 90 up to operating temperature in less than 10 minutes and can be left on all day ready to brew if desired.

Commercial 58mm Portafilter: Heavy chrome plated brass portafilter maintains temperature stability for consistent brewing results and the large 58mm diameter helps insure water is evenly distributed through the ground coffee.

Powerful Commercial Pump: The commercial grade vibration pump is rated at 15 bar maximum pressure, providing the ideal pressure needed to brew authentic espresso.

3-Way Valve: A commercial grade 3-way valve relieves pressure from the portafilter following the brewing process, dispensing waste water into the drip tray. This feature prevents dripping and eliminates soupy leftover coffee grounds, yielding a solid puck that can be removed with one knock.

Hot Water Dispenser: Easily add hot water to your espresso for an Americano as an alternative to drip coffee, prepare tea, hot chocolate or soup. The hot water dispenser is separate from the steam wand.

Cup Warmer: The Livia 90 provides a large passive cup warming tray on top of the machine which captures heat from the boiler and can hold twelve standard espresso cups or six cappuccino cups.

Steam Wand: The stainless steel steam wand pivots for convenience and is supplied with two frothing tips; one traditional commercial style four-hole stainless steel tip and one Teflon "turbo tip".

Automatic Safety Shut-Off: Sensors continuously monitor the water level in both the reservoir and boiler and automatically shut the machine due to low water to prevent overheating.

Back Flush Capable: The Livia 90 is designed to be back flushed when needed; a standard feature on most commercial espresso machines. This process runs water in reverse to clean the brew group, shower screen and 3-way valve, dumping the waste water into the drip tray.
