If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase you can return it within 30-days (in like-new condition with all original accessories and packaging) for a full refund of the price paid for the item less shipping charges. Consumable food items such as coffee, biscotti, etc. are non-returnable. Please note the following conditions must be met to obtain a refund:

• Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
• Returned item(s) must include all original accessories, manuals, videos, warranty card, free gifts, etc.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges; insurance and tracking are recommended.

If you wish to apply your credit to an exchange please let us know and we'll provide Free Shipping for your new order. Otherwise, refunds will be issued using the original payment method only.
