At Espresso Zone our goal is your complete satisfaction with our products and services. We work very hard to provide only high quality products that we have personally selected and tested and to process your order in a prompt and efficient manner. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30-days (in like-new condition with all original accessories and packaging) for a full refund less any shipping charges. Consumable items such as coffee are non-returnable. Please note the following conditions must be met to obtain a refund:
- Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Returned item(s) must include all original accessories, manuals, videos, warranty card, etc.
- Customer must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Espresso Zone or the package will not be accepted. Simply call us toll-free at 800-345-8945 or e-mail your request to: support@espressozone.com
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges; insurance and tracking are recommended.
If you wish to apply your credit to an exchange please let us know and we'll provide Free Shipping for your new order. Otherwise, refunds will be issued using the original payment method only.
