Quantity Discounts:
Quantity discounts are available to everyone right on our website for most of the coffee beans, grinds, pods, syrups, biscotti and cleaning products that we carry and are displayed on the item page near the order button if available. Some of these products are sold only by the case and a bulk discount is already factored into the case price. These discounts can be advantageous to anyone including personal use, offices, hotels and small-mid sized coffee shops and restaurants.

• Net-30 terms are available upon approval of credit application for all business that plan to make regular purchases of any items from our website or catalog. Once credit is established, orders can be placed via phone, email, fax or mail; however, not directly on our website. Wholesale Program:
Larger volume resellers, distributors and food service operations may apply for our wholesale program for premium Italian Miscela d'Oro, Procaffe S.P.A. Bristot or LavAzza coffee beans, grinds and pods. A brief summary of our wholesale terms & conditions are as follows:

• Minimum order $500.00 (typically 1/4 pallet or larger). Case quantities only.
• Net-30 terms available upon approval of credit application
• Visa, MC, Amex and Discover are also accepted; however, no COD's
• All wholesale orders FOB Ashtabula, OH
• Shipments made via UPS or truck typically within 24 hours upon receipt of order
  Actual freight charges added to invoice
• All wholesale returns subject to a 20% restocking fee

LavAzza Espresso Point:
All end users of LavAzza Point products including personal, offices, restaurants and food service operations can purchase supplies and machines at competitive prices directly from our website or via phone, fax or mail; no additional discounts are available for end users.
