This hand coffee grinder is far superior to the low-cost "decorative"grinders that are commonly available. Each Zassenhaus manual coffee grinder is crafted from select hardwoods and features a precision grinder mechanism machined from high-carbon, hardened tool steel. The grinding cone is positioned at the exact center of the grinding ring using cam followers which guarantees wonderfully consistent grinding results. Your coffee beans are processed into an aromatic and soft powder with no heat build-up during the grinding process so the flavor is preserved.

Can grind very fine (espresso fine and finer) but has some functional quirks. 1. The grinder is slow (300 turns/15g beans) for an espresso grind 2. The adjustment nut is so loose, you must anchor it somehow (I used a rubber band wrapped around it) or it will tighten as you grind. 3. Uses plastic to hold the outer burr in alignment. This should be metal for longevity. Overall decent grinder, but needs some modification to be practical. Showing comments 1-1 of 1
