Each Zassenhaus manual coffee grinder is crafted from select hardwoods and features a precision grinder mechanism machined from high-carbon, hardened tool steel. The grinding cone is positioned at the exact center of the grinding ring using cam followers which guarantees wonderfully consistent grinding results. Your coffee beans are processed into an aromatic and soft powder with no heat build-up during the grinding process so the flavor is preserved.
