Excellent Coffee

I used this coffee for espresso only, mixed 50/50 with Lavazza Grand for an extra full body and the sweet dark Chocolate notes of Top Class, Blend is made before grinding (Off-course). Excellent results with a very thick multicolor Crema.
Just pay attention to water temp. and brewing times , also very important : pack it well , I "guesstimate" about 7 to 7.5 grams of coffee grinds per cup and always brew single cup, brewing should always take less than 20 seconds per cup…more than that ? …coffee will taste burned !!!
Rancilio 2.2 Lb Burr Grinder set at 12 to 15 (Depending on humidity)
