Special Holiday Extended Return Policy

Every year Espresso Zone extends our normal 30-day return period during the holiday season to help with gift purchases. Orders placed between Nov. 15, 2017 and Dec. 31, 2017 can be returned until Jan. 31, 2018 (in like-new condition with all original accessories and packaging) for a full refund or exchange of the item price paid less shipping charges. Consumable food items such as coffee, biscotti, etc. are non-returnable.

Please note the following conditions must be met to obtain a refund:

  • Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
  • Returned item(s) must include all original accessories, manuals, videos, warranty card, free gifts, etc.
  • Customer must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Espresso Zone or the package will not be accepted. Simply call us toll-free at 800-345-8945 or e-mail your request to: support@espressozone.com
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges; insurance and tracking are recommended.

If you wish to apply your credit to an exchange please let us know and we'll provide Free Shipping for your new order. Otherwise, refunds will be issued using the original payment method only.
